Permanent means a final, 100% long term fix to eradicate body hair. The following products come VERY close to getting that, although the treatment might take weeks to notice full results if used as advised.

5. Matt Miller’s StopHair Hair Reducing Spray
This is a hair growth inhibitor from Australia that comes in a spray bottle. It can be used by men and women.
As a hair inhibitor, it doesn’t remove hair, but the hair will take much longer to come back after you remove it with wax, hair removal cream, shaving, or any other method.
It works best with methods that actually pull out the hair from the follicle (like waxing or using an epilator) because that allows the spray to penetrate into the hair follicle.
StopHair is made from natural plant extracts and enzymes, along with moisturizers and almond extract, so it should be safe for almost anyone. Full ingredients:

6. XSOUL At-Home IPL
Like the Beamia IPL, this is part of the newer generation of IPL devices. It’s a bit cheaper than the Beamia, and it has a narrower handle that you may find more comfortable to use if you have smaller hands.
While the Beamia offers 999,999 flashes, the XSOUL has “only” 500,000. But that’s still a lot, and it’s more than almost all IPL devices offered even a few years ago.
Like any IPL device, you’ll need to use it multiple times before getting the full results. But after that, it will typically eliminate almost all of the hair permanently. As with most IPLs, it won’t be 100% effective, but if some hair does grow back it is usually finer than before, making maintenance become easier over time.

If you’re not quite ready for wax, depilatory creams can be a good choice. Nair is famous for its permanent hair removal creams, and the Baby Oil lotion is one of our favorites!
Let’s get this out of the way: Hair removal creams smell bad. There’s really no way around it, as the chemicals in the cream have to be strong enough to dissolve hair.
This product doesn’t smell quite as bad as the Nair you may have used in the past. Of course, after using it you’ll want to wash your skin to get rid of the smell.

8. Tria Hair Removal Laser
The Tria Laser 4x originates from Thailand weighing about 4 pounds. It is specifically built for people with light to medium skin tones. It is rated as one of the best permanent hair removal products of its kind on the market.
