Required to read before the procedure
· We are using the latest laser hair removalmachines that are faster than previous machine so patients might feel that they are not fully cared as theprocedure time is rather too short.
· The latest types of equipment have stronger and more effective laser power and so it may create skinburn if it is used beyond procedure time recommended by the doctors. (It may lead topossible skin pigmentation). (It can lead to possible skin pigmentation)
· Please consider that patients with light hair colors may experience limited laser hair removal effect andthose with blondie or even white hairs may experience much (quite) limited effect.
· Please inform our doctor in advance if you need to know more information about the machine before.

Skin Types
- Type 1 : Always burns, never tans
- Type 2 : Usually burns, difficulty in tanning
- Type 3 : Sometimes burns, average tan
- Type 4 : Rarely burns, tans with ease
- Type 5 : Very rarely burns, tans very easily
- Type 6 : Does burn, tans very easily
Skin type 1 has the least melanin, therefore will heat up least,
so highest energies can be used
Information
- Laser hair removal needs several sessions of laser procedures for semi-permanent hair removal result. You need at least 7~9 sessions of laser procedures in our clinic with interval of 4~8 weeks.
- Patients must SHAVE before laser procedure or shaving fee can be charged. Possible side effects : Folliculitis, Laser burn pigmentation.
- We are sincerely sorry that our lasers are not suitable to patients with dark skin colors, it has higher chance of skin burn side effect after procedure.
