AGD Rental were the first crawlercrane hire company in the UK to have an all hydraulic fleet and have been offering fully hydraulic crawler cranes rental for 35 years.

We were also pioneers inoffering telescopic crawler cranes for hire. 30 years ago we launched the first machine in our fleet. Now we are established as the market leader with all the knowledge and experience we have gained over the years. We are continually investing heavily in new telescopic crawler cranes with the latest low-emission stage 4 and tier 5 engines.

Our range now covers 15 tons to 130 tons capacities with 12 separate models all with different features thus offering our customers the best possible choice. Most of them have tilting operators cabs to increase vision and virtual wall systems to facilitate safe working under bridges or next to railways and roads. A number of them have fly jibs. Some of them with the facility of up to 40 degrees offset. In combination with ourmini cranes we have over 60 units tomake us one of the largesthirer of telescopic crawler cranes in the UK.

There are major benefits with telescopic crawler cranes especially in restricted accessjobs as a rigging area is not required and the machine is ready for work almost immediately upon arrival on site. Check out the video below where a Sennebogen 643R 40 tons capacity telescopic crawler crane is servicing a Giken F201 silent piler on a site the size of a postage stamp. We alsooffer the facility to dismantle cranes to reduce weight so that they can be easily lifted into basem*nts and then reassemble them again once in place. See videos of a Marchetti Sherpina 25 tons telescopic crawler crane being lowered into a basem*nt below and another being loaded onto a jack-up barge. There is a Marchetti Lupa showing off it's complete boom, lattice extension and fly jib combination which can be offset to 40 degrees. Another video demonstrates a Sennebogen 673R 70 tons telescopic crawler crane performing lift and carry duties. Something that our complete range of crawler cranes can carry out and one of the reasons why they are regularly chosen over mobile cranes.

Photos at the top of the page are one of our smallest & largest models the Sennebogen 613E and 6113E respectively. They are both quite new to our fleet and are proving very popular.

If you click on the thumbnails above you'll see a photo of a Marchetti Sherpina 25 tons capacity telescopic crawler crane on hire toKier in Bournemouth. As you can see the machine is working in extremely restricted access, the almost zero tail swing and the virtual wall system being very useful on a project such as this. The Sherpina is our most popular crane and we have 9 units of them in our fleet as a result.

We now have a fleet of 3 x 15 tons, 8 x 25 tons, 5 x 40 tons, 4 x 45 tons, 8 x 50 tons, 2 x 55 tons, 5 x 65 tons, 12 x 70 tons, 2 x 100 tons, 5 x 120 tons and 1 x 130 tons telescopic crawler cranes most with stage 4 or tier 5 engines.

All of our telescopic crawler cranes are available for hire nationwide with directly employed, fully trained and experienced CPCS qualified operators or self drive as required. In addition to operators we also supply crane supervisors and/or slinger signallers when requested. We also have some PTS operators if your work is alongside railway lines.

Our centrally located facility in the heart of the Midlands and close to HS2 sites allows us to offer competitive mobilisation costs throughout the UK. This is especially the case with telescopic crawler cranes as they move on a single low loader or semi low loader and do not require a service engineer to rig up as all of our operators are trained in this skill including our 100, 120 tons & 130 tons models which travel with the counterweights removed.

We are also happy to receive enquiries to supply telescopic crawler cranes on hire anywhere in Europe.

You may download specification sheets for our fleet of telescopic crawler cranes for hire below or click on the videos to see them in action including a drone video of our facilities showcasing our fleet.
