2. Emphasize your features
With comic book pop art makeup, the secret is to emphasize your features. So, grab a good eyeliner, and draw lines around your jaw area, middle of your nose, cheekbones, and any other place you’d like to stand out.

3. Apply eye makeup
So, the more extreme, the better! Prep your eyelids with a glitter primer. Dab it on the whole area, and if it’s not perfect- it’s ok! Remember, this is costume makeup; it doesn't have to blend well.

Now, go over your eyelids with some shimmer!
Tip: Brush away any excess eyeshadow with a large makeup brush.

4. Add eyeliner
Remember, pop art character makeup is over the top in a way, so don’t be shy when it comes to being creative with your eyeliner. Basically, do a regular eyeliner first, on both sides.

Then, move onto a liquid eyeliner and draw some wings, as shown. I opted for double wings, but you can just do one long one should you wish.
Creating pop art makeup with white eyeliner
Take a creamy, white eyeliner and apply it to the bottom rims of the eyelid. This is a superb trick to really make your eyes pop and give the illusion of bigger eyes.
Lining eyes to create a pop art makeup look
Moving back to the bottom, apply black eyeliner to your bottom lash line and make the line a little longer so it’s emphasized outward.

Add more wings as you desire.
Applying eyeliner to the crease of the eye
Now, apply eyeliner to the crease of your eye, starting from the midpoint and working your way out.

For more precision, go over it with a liquid eyeliner.
Applying bright red lipstick
5. Add lipstick
That’s right, pop art makeup calls for an exaggerated lip, too. So, find the brightest lip color you have and go ahead and apply that to your lips.
Where to draw lines with eyeliner
While your lip dries, you can add a few more lines around your face for that extra, dramatic look. I added a couple of more lines to my chin, forehead, and cupid’s bow area.

6. Add more emphasis
Emphasize the parts of your face by applying white eye liquid gel with a brush right under your brow bones, the side of your bottom lip, and in the lash line.
Applying white liner to the face
Next, line your lips with the same liquid eyeliner.
Adding white dots for cartoon pop art makeup
7. Add white dots
It’s time to finish the comic book pop art makeup look by adding white dots all over your face. Here, I’m using Halloween makeup that I purchased from Walmart and a soft applicator.
Be sure to add the white dots all over your face, and they should be evenly distributed.
Applying false lashes
8. Add lashes and mascara
Of course, this look is not complete without some dazzling false eyelashes. So, apply some lashes to your upper lash line carefully.
Applying mascara
Add a lovely, thick coat of mascara to really make your eyes pop! Also, don’t forget your under eyes.
