Easy Ramen Yakisoba (2024)

Grab acup ofMMG vegetable ramen noodles and cook according to the package instructions, cooking just the noodles without the seasoning packets. Set them aside for later use.

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the sauce: Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, and sugar. Mix well to ensure all the flavors meld together, and set the sauce aside.

Heat a pan over medium-high heat and sauté the onions and carrots forabout 2 minutes until they become slightly tender. Add the chopped cabbage and green onions to the pan, and continue to cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Drain the cooked ramen noodles and add them to the pan with the vegetables. Pour the yakisoba sauce over the noodles and sprinkle a dash of black pepper for an extra kick of flavor.

Cook the mixture, stirring continuously, until the sauce has fully incorporated with the ramen noodles, ensuring each strand is coated evenly. Once ready, transferyour Ramen Yakisoba stir fry to serving plates. Garnish with some extra green onions to add a pop of freshness and color.
