Responsible for engaging in a broad range of HR functions including manage day-to-day Human Resource functions, HR Business partnering, Talent Management, Compensation & benefits, Learning & Development, Change management, Timely & consistent adherence of company policies/procedures/regulations, Performance management and Employee relations. In addition, implements special projects in HR domain.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance for assigned business units. Work with functional leaders, institute strategies for proactive talent and skills management, and plan for tackling attrition challenges.
Coordinate and drive HR Business Life Cycle processes-hire to exit.
Develop and implement Talent Management initiatives- career path progression plans, succession plans, Individual development plans, Management development programs for key roles, Learning and Development framework, Rewards program
Strong collaboration with the Global HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs)- Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, Talent acquisition, Organizational Development
Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department to identify trends-Attrition, Headcount, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Report MIS to the stakeholders regularly.
Partner for implementation of HR Processes and Policies
Plan and execute strong Employee Engagement initiatives (pulse surveys, new hire survey, outbound initiatives) and strategies in order to enhance employee productivity and manage employee retention.
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances. Coach managers and supervisors on employee relations and disciplinary issues. Handle employee complaints, advises on problems, and works with managers to recommend disciplinary actions.
Talent reviews- Assists in the identification and development of high-potential employees. Select and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill in critical roles.
Reskilling and upskilling: identify training needs and work for aligning training programs with business objectives.
Strategic workforce planning: ensure the company’s workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future.
Conducting day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (for example mentoring, career planning, coaching, etc.)
Helping line managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues.
Conducts exit interviews and support for documentation.
Skills & Knowledge
Master’s degree in HR or Business preferred
8+ years of related HR experience
Strong affinity for data driven decisions
Ability to work with data and derive actionable insights using tools like MS Excel
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with an HRIS system-based software
High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work well at all levels of the organization, including international teams
Highly organized, self-directed style, with strong ability to prioritize
Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail
